Did The Astronaut Buzz Aldrin Ever See The George Pal Movie Destination Moon?

Yesterday Buzz Aldrin honored his mother on Facebook.(Ironically her name was Marion Moon!) He published a picture of her with him at West Point in the late 1940's. He was in cadet uniform, by the way.

I'm sure that all of you are familiar with the 1947 George Pal film Destination Moon. I wonder if Buzz saw it while he was a cadet at West Point. If he did watch, did he imagine all of those decades ago that one day he would walk on the moon?
